Spacious studio apartment inside the b&b furnished with a double bed, a comfortable kitchen and a bathroom with shower, a single but very large room, comfortable to live in even for long periods. The courtyard is equipped with a large antique fireplace, a dining table and a living room
with wicker armchairs and a stone sofa with soft cushions.

In the morning, nothing could be nicer than going outside among the flowers and scents of aromatic plants, to enjoy coffee and to have breakfast. The courtyard becomes the ideal place to organise lunches or dinners, but also to relax or
to sunbathe. From the courtyard you can access the terrace that serves as a solarium, from which to admire the view of the village or relax by reading a book or listening to good music.

The apartment overlooks one of the many narrow streets of the village, where silence reigns. A holiday in the Donna Irene apartment gives serenity and well-being. Within walking distance of the apartment, you can find all amenities (small fruit and vegetable stores, mini market, butcher, fish market). In the nearby square, there are also small family-run restaurants with typical dishes from the Salento, where you can dine outside in the quiet tranquility of the village.

On certain days of the week, the square hosts a market and is populated with vendors of products food and non-food items, creating a cheerful and joyful atmosphere. In July the Patron Saint of the town is celebrated and in early September, the occasion of the most important and oldest festivals in the Salento the festa  “lu mieru” (the wine festival), which gathers thousands of people from all over the Salento.

The entrance and courtyard of the b&b are shared with the Donna Irene suite.
The apartment, like the entire guest house, is located in the historic centre of the town and overlooks one of the many narrow and long streets, lit at night by soft lights.
